Hi, I’m Miles — Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of Redefined Writing Services. My style is steady, organized, and practical. I don’t just create documents. I help people bring clarity to their ideas and build systems that make running their business easier.

My background includes business administration, operations management, grant writing, and strategic planning. I’ve spent years working in both business and nonprofit spaces, helping leaders who needed more structure, stronger plans, and someone who could turn their ideas into something they could actually use. Those experiences shaped the way I show up today: thoughtful, patient, and focused on long-term success.

In 2021, I launched Redefined Writing Services to give job seekers, entrepreneurs, and organizations a place where planning, writing, and strategizing didn’t feel overwhelming. Since then, we’ve supported clients by helping them refine their business vision, build systems, and create the documents and strategies they need to scale. Our work includes business planning, grant writing, strategy development, and operations support to help you organize, grow, and stay on track.
